Mobius Carbon enables landlords and asset managers to benchmark, monitor, and improve energy and sustainability performance across their real estate portfolios. This form authorises Mobius to access utility and complementary asset data for the properties you manage.

This authorisation applies to the premises listed, regardless of whether you are the sole or shared occupier.

Purpose of Access

I authorise Mobius Carbon to access utility and complementary asset data (including occupancy, asset metadata, or technical performance information) for the following standard purposes:

Portfolio-level benchmarking and peer comparison
Decarbonisation planning and energy performance optimisation
ESG and regulatory disclosures (e.g. UK SDR, EU SFDR, TCFD)
Sustainability-linked financing or investor reporting

All purposes listed are standard across Mobius services. If you have specific exclusions or preferences, please contact privacy@mobiuscarbon.com.

Authorisations & Declarations

By submitting this form, I confirm the following (please check all):

I am authorised to grant data access for the listed assets.

I authorise Mobius Carbon to access utility, occupancy, and complementary data (including historical and forecasted values) from third parties (e.g. utility providers, metering platforms, landlords).

I acknowledge that Mobius may anonymise or aggregate data to generate analytics, benchmarks, or visualisations.

Where the occupier is an individual acting in a personal or self-employed capacity, I will assist Mobius in collecting any required consents.

I authorise Mobius to retain and process utility and asset data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

I consent to Mobius appointing trusted subprocessors and authorised implementation partners (e.g. advisory firms, delivery collaborators) to support service fulfilment, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
