Mobius Carbon enables tenants and occupiers to understand and improve energy performance through secure access to consumption data and insights. This form authorises Mobius to access your utility and related data to support carbon reporting, optimisation, and participation in landlord sustainability initiatives.

Your data remains yours. You retain control and may withdraw authorisation at any time by contacting privacy@mobiuscarbon.com.

Mobius applies strong technical and organisational safeguards. Your data is never sold.

This authorisation applies to the premises listed, regardless of whether you are the sole or shared occupier.

Purpose of Access

I authorise Mobius Carbon to access utility and complementary data (e.g. occupancy, asset metadata, technical or performance information) for the following standard purposes:

Tenant-level carbon and ESG reporting
Energy use optimisation and sustainability initiatives
Contribution to landlord benchmarking and decarbonisation planning
Participation in regulatory and voluntary performance frameworks (e.g. SFDR, TCFD)

All purposes are standard across Mobius services. If you have specific exclusions or preferences, please contact privacy@mobiuscarbon.com.

Authorisations & Declarations

By submitting this form, I confirm the following (please check all):

I am the named account holder or an authorised representative for the premises listed.

I authorise Mobius Carbon to access utility, occupancy, and complementary data (including historical and forecasted values) from relevant third parties (e.g. utility providers, data intermediaries, landlords).

I acknowledge that Mobius may anonymise or aggregate this data to produce non-identifiable insights, benchmarks, or analytics.

I understand Mobius may share aggregated outputs with landlords or institutional stakeholders, without identifying me or any individual premises.

I authorise Mobius to retain and process this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

I consent to Mobius appointing trusted subprocessors and authorised delivery partners (e.g. infrastructure, analytics, or integration providers) to support service delivery, subject to equivalent data protection and confidentiality safeguards.

I understand I may withdraw this authorisation at any time by emailing privacy@mobiuscarbon.com.
